At the beginning there was darkness and then came the one light that created everything. This light was born out of the one wish to share. Sharing love and experiencing interactions with individuals is the reason why we are here. This artwork from Donna McCain represents this desire to share love and experience happiness with others. I was born in Germany as an American citizen and ever since both countries, the USA and Germany, have been my homes. At a young age, my talent for the arts was discovered by my mother who was a professional pianist. Also, my art teacher in school found me to be a natural talent and encouraged me to make more of my creative side. When I was seventeen I sadly lost my mother and this heavy blow made me determined to seek out the profession as an artist and shortly thereafter I enrolled in art school in Munich. Germany and the USA are my homes and I have done a lot of traveling back and forth. This helped my career, because I could get into the art scene of New York, Boston, Las Vegas and Seattle. Through contact with a friend I also have lots to do in Austria and created commissioned work for many clients including the Austrian State. Today I also have a music career that I successfully pursue. Generally I am a workaholic when it comes to art or music projects.
