About The Artwork
This watercolour painting was completed as artist-in-residence in a small mining village in Wales in the winter of 2017. The title refers to the unusual name of the local mountain. In this remote location, the characteristic call of ravens was only interrupted by the roar of RAF jets and the bird:jet identities became obvious in the artwork. Original watercolour on 300gsm Bockingford paper. Supplied mounted in an A3 acid-free mount board ready for framing.
