Please note - prints on various substrates available in sizes 10x10 to 34x34 . Besides fun, and the surprise of seeing how this small work eventually came out, has been the dichotomy of discovering how the image appears close-up vs even a few feet away. On the one hand, in close range, as when I was creating Threading the Light, texture dominated my decisions and brush strokes as much as the mixes of colors. It was important to me. It is important to me. Yet, approaching, happening upon the image while walking along the living room wall we have the original hung, at first glance, what I see and feel is is more a wall of waves of light. Almost like the sheathes of colors are robed beings, glass like, beaming their way - maybe to somewhere fun, somewhere they want to be, together. 032624 update - My wife and I are blessed to have found a new address here in Austin that'll keep us close to our youngest grandchild as the start of middle school begins later this year in August.
