About The Artwork
A work inspired by artists like Dalek and a cartoonish style of flat colors and fantastical narratives, Time x Intensity is a brief glimpse of an alternate dimension, an alien reality where the past becomes the future. In my studio I save all kinds of materials, doodles, and drawings. I often revisit, morph, deconstruct, or reconstruct old bits and pieces into newer works. In this piece, I cut out the morphing white root structure of an old drawing and created a new world for it to live in.
