“To Pancake on the Moon” --- It conjures up images of floating syrupy discs in zero gravity, where the everyday act of pancake flipping becomes an event of lunar proportions. “To Pancake on the Moon: Syrupy Leaps in Low Gravity” This one is your golden, fluffy stack sent soaring into space, bridging the gap between the familiar comfort of a breakfast favorite and the awe-inspiring vastness of the lunar surface. It's about taking something as down-to-earth as a pancake and elevating it to astronomical heights—literally! It invites the viewer (or the eater, depending on how immersive your art piece is) to ponder the possibilities of dining in the great expanse, where gravity is but a suggestion and the pancakes are endless. An astronaut, fork in hand, floating serenely above the moon's crater-pocked surface, about to dive into a perfectly cooked pancake. The scene captures the heartwarming (and stomach-filling) essence of home, while wrapped in the silent, infinite embrace of outer space. “To Pancake on the Moon” isn't just about the uncanny resemblance between pancakes and the moon; it's a celebration of human imagination, the joy of exploration, and the universal appeal of finding comfort, no matter where in the universe you may find yourself. With this Art “To Pancake on the Moon,” you're launching an expedition into the hearts and minds of your audience, inviting them to explore the deliciously whimsical corner of the cosmos you've cooked up. It's an invitation to dream, to wonder, and perhaps to chuckle at the thought of astronauts having to chase their floating breakfast bites.

Alyona Lesnichenko, an artist. A member of the National Union of the artists of Ukraine. Born in 1980 in the Vinnitsa City. In 2003 she got a degree at South-Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky, supervisor O.V.Sleshinsky, the Art-Graphic Faculty. The creative way of Alyona Lesnichenko, which started on the art fields of Vinnitsa region since her student years, is unique in its genre and personal manner identity. Being apologetic of academic principles in art painting, she at the same time fills her works with her personal romantic approach to the world. Within classic genres of art – landscape, still life, portraits, animalistic paintings – Alyona Lesnichenko chooses a special depicting approach for each of them. It coincides in basic principles, i.e. the realistic depiction and longing for technical perfection in nature display, though it differs in creative approach. Still life in the artist’s performance borders on hyperrealism. Her compositions are filled with the things, transferred with almost documentary preciseness. The author fixes her attention on factures and surface, lead by illusive authenticity. The things seem to get naked before the viewers, losing the veil of routine. In the impressive line of ethnographic still life works one can be impressed by a detailed depiction of ornamental fabric and things, which becomes the keynote of the work and fills a complicated and multidetailed plot with a deep uniting sense.
