About The Artwork
My mother inspired this artwork. She loves flowers and plants and has a natural affinity with gardening and nature. It was created on a sunny summer's day in 2007 sitting in her conservatory with my grandparents. I hope viewers will feel hope and love for nature and be relaxed by this painting. The medium and subject matter wasn't chosen per say; the summer's day and warm conservatory surrounded by plants and flowers probably had something to do with the painting that emerged from the brush.
