Trasformazione semidinamica in azzurro Painting

I started painting in adolescence through the discovery of oil painting and attendance at exhibitions and museums of modern art and contemporary. I painted still lifes and I have subsequently been fascinated by metaphysical painting. The School of Ornamental Arts of the City of Rome has opened me a new creative horizons freeing my creativity from the limits of figurative painting. In this period (90s) the abstract compositions of natural elements (fish, snails, etc.) , symbolic objects and compositional elements blend together disintegrating the visual lines and the background penetrates objects obtaining a single composition I paint fragments of reality, oil reproductions of pieces of photographs, The potential of these elements are expressed in the possibility of transformations and creating another reality starting from the fragment. Then the fragments function as catalysts and image generators The contents of the fragments also express the re-acquisition and re-appropriation of the image: the images in the computer, television or magazine must be returned to the control of man, my control through simple and primordial media such as brushes and colors My works often have as its theme the artistic heritage of the city especially Italian and then their fragments and details become a constant presence. In my research I run often a syncretic process between elements of human creativity and the natural elements creating an abstract environment where these two genres complement and enhance constituting a new creative experience
