About The Artwork
I live in an area which is well known for the precious white truffle. The work of truffle hunters is really fascinating, because trufflles grow spontaneously under special trees and in particular spots. Truffle hunters know this places and they don't tell anyone, because the value of truffle is really high (can reach 800 euro/gram). Truffle dogs are their best friends, training them is a long process but this dogs are so special and the relationship with their "human" is stronger than ever. This is the first painting of a series of Truffles dogs that will be showed in September 2021 in Dogliani - Italy. The original will be available after the exhibition.
