About The Artwork
It is an allegory of the air which shows a man stripping his shoulder. His face is in profile. It has wings that are barely visible. We see patterns of arabesques and branches on the body but they are not tattoos. It’s more like it’s inside the body. The background is a succession of transparent green and white layers creating a certain depth effect. Large brush strokes crisscross the paint.
