Composition based around historical figures of importance from the world of physics, psychology, politics, film and crime. I remember that within this oeuvre I always liked to place a circular, whirlpool type of symbol somewhere near the middle of the canvas, I thought of it as giving the canvas some flux, torsion. The faces were featureless during this period, maybe I was a closet Amish or Muslim, I looked at the iconic stance, composition of the image and understood that the definitions of the facial features didn't add anything to what I was trying to portray. Others stated that they found it worrying and would hypothesize that it meant I was a sociopath, I had become devoid of humanity, I believe these people were ego centric and understood not others but themselves and could superimpose their superiority over my symbolism without recourse to the ethics of argumentation or debate.

Morocco
I live in Marrakech, I am an autodidact, I am currently learning arabic and Darija (moroccan arabic). Before Morocco I lived in Spain and taught myself Spanish. I do not believe that a meaningful life should be easy, I like a challenge, learning Darija and running the family 'business' has been my greatest challenge so far. I left the U.K. when I was 24, I have travelled through a bit of Europe and now hopefully Africa. As a child I was diagnosed with dyslexia, which was first noticed when I was to take part in a school play where all the other children in my class had lines to learn, I had a noise to make, later my child psychoanalyst would state that my first language had been a visual language.
