About The Artwork
As you can guess from my surname: "Tonon" are of Venetian origin. Every year as a child I went to spend my aunt's summer in Venice, her smell, her colors and her unreality have marked me since then. This year I took my children to visit and I could not help but paint some points of view. I hope they will also evoke in you the magical sensations that only Venice can give. Being a watercolor and executed on the road is small: 18x24 cm It is made of graphite and water-based watercolors on cotton paper.
