Vogue Painting

Christine Sweely is an American painter who lives in the beautiful state of Tennessee. She was born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and studied at Moore College of Art in the eighties. Christine has always maintained her identity as a painter and has stuck to her own ideas about what makes a good painting. She has continued over the past thirty years to push around paint in her own way, reveling in the process to create evocative and compelling pictures. She works seven days a week at her in-home studio.
