I was born in Porto, Portugal in 1979. Being the granddaughter of one of the greatest Angolan painters and sculptors Roberto Silva and a musician, I developed a taste for art from an early age. Despite having followed other paths professionally, with the birth of my daughter and seeing her taste for drawing, I recovered an old dream and started various training courses in painting and figurative drawing. With the loss of my mother, painting was the way I found to heal the pain and return to colour my world.
