Né au Mozambique, il s’inspire de ses souvenirs d’enfance imprégnés de visages de femmes et d’hommes, puissants, sauvages et fiers. Sur une toile de coton brut, la peinture noire couvre l’ensemble du cadre. Puis, le pinceau blanc apporte les formes et les lumières, la force et la sensualité. Un travail perfectionniste qui met en évidence les détails, les ombres et les volumes. Les visages et les corps semblent presque en vie, révélés par son esthétique et sa technique qui vous amènent dans son univers personnel. « Un choc réel, un face à face… qui attire et dérange en même temps ».
