Walking With the Stars 2022 Painting

Following my upload of 30x40 Valentine's Day Snow Austin 2004 is a more recent 24x36 2022 work, Walking With the Stars 2022 - both images captured via my new daylight lighting for my new art room/painting studio in our new apt nearer where our youngest grandchild's will be starting late summer. He was very helpful creating Walking With the Stars, and is pictured in my supplemental images for my listing here on Saatchi Art 😊 There's a playfulness and fun I feel I found creating this piece that shows. The textures range from smooth to nearly spikey, with the colors smoothly transitioning the sharp lights/darks spread across the canvas. There's a wonder and a joy I see in this work reminding me how I felt at this time. The work itself is offered in a simple black frame, but is also available unframed.
