I have a series of works called "Invisible mothers". These few small but very capacious for my paintings. It was the end of winter, and I was walking with the stroller through the melting, squelching mud under my feet, and I felt invisible. ⠀ Geographically, I was somewhere in the forest, because the closest people were at least an hour drive in any vehicle. With a baby who sleeps and eats every hour, it seemed like an insurmountable abyss. My daily personal circle consisted of my child, my husband, and Vera, a saleswoman from a small store near my house. On the one hand, it was hard for me to be a hermit, but on the other hand, as in the story of Hiking to the ocean , it is very valuable. And so, as I walked down the alley, calculating when we could get home to eat and warm up if the neighbors had finished punching the wall, I looked at the people who, like me, were sullenly pushing their strollers. And probably saw it for the first time

Large gray boulders, covered with moss. The glacier brought them here from the distant mountains, to the northwestern plain of Europe, many millions of years ago. It had brought them, rumbling meltwater, plowing over layers of land fat with volcanic ash. Which one winter ago was the land of the dinosaurs. One long winter ago. I lie on a boulder, leaning my cheek against the gray, rough surface. I feel like a lizard. I watch the heavy, wet clouds swooping low over me. This is how my journey as an artist begins. Whatever came before or after - years of study, decades of art and architectural practice - the origins of my creativity lie there - on the heather plain among the boulders. My creative journey is my way of realizing, embracing and pouring out the infinite beauty of the universe. No matter what I paint, I always paint wildlife and its history. Millions of years of evolution, the wise beauty and perfection of each and every worm. My painting is my way into the world of ancient forests, my dialogue with the wind, trees, mosses and stones. Now I live in a metropolis. I don't understand why I ended up here, and I continue to live. Maybe just to understand the value of dense forests. To long for the gray boulders the way only someone who knew but lost can long for them. But I believe that this is only the way, part of the way there, into the world of high mighty clouds, touched by the branches of the clouds. And I am happy that this road lies through painting. I am an artist, architect, and researcher. Born on 15.04.1986 in Moscow. For a long time lived in Lithuania, Latvia, as well as in different cities of Russia - Pskov, Novgorod The Great. Since 2010 returned to Moscow.
