About The Artwork
Archipelago isn’t just a set of islands. They have their own microclimate, ecosystem and event - specific way of life. Connecting to a Wi-Fi, apart from getting access to information of all mankind, means that we’re joining local informational ecosystem: flat, house, company, cafe, community. In some way, our Wi-Fi tells story about us. Surprisingly, we don’t (yet) have a habit to ask each other - «what’s subnet you’re from?» Or «isn’t your Wi-Fi too restricted for me?». Who knows… may be we just don’t consider this important, yet?
