About The Artwork
Wild Boar is the first and most colorful canvas of a series of medium sized oil paintings Lut produced in 2021 The initial inspiration came from Japanese fabrics and kimono's. The result is of course quite different from the fabrics it became an organic spin off. As always in Luts work it is bizzy yet quietening this perhaps because she works in silence and the windows of the workshop overlooks an exotic garden. Lut's paintings are work - intensive as every brushstroke and every colour added has been thought of.
