ABOUT THE ARTWORK
As I spread the pigment over the expansive surface, I used my hands and fingertips to make the colors blend into each other. This started as finger painting and only later, when I began to use crayons and apply paint with a brush, did the forms take shape and emerge like colorful rocks and gems.
