duress Painting

I intent to compose ambivalent desires. At this artwork the desperation of an unspecified threat, fragmentary coexists with the release promise. The body talks convulsive. The initial image is from a dance project where menacing tones, and words led the dancer (Ageliki Moutsopoulou) to " defend herself " instinctively . I use the material (Plexiglas) because it is artificial, blank (clear), flexible and troublesome, while simultaneously gives me reflections, shadows and the chance to extend to three dimensions. Here, I stuck pieces of the material. I can not see cohesion of a continuity when I deal with contrasts. I use oil colors (paste) because they give me the chance to outsmart the eye.
