About The Artwork
In Osage language - Indian tribe - osages mean « children of the middle waters ». The osage-orange (Maclura pomifera) is also the tree that serves them to make paintings and bows. The series is born from a look to things that we do not notice at first sight. While painting, my colors naturally mix on the palette and the imagination takes over.
