About The Artwork

A Rainy Night in Vigan, Philippines. The colonial city of Vigan in the Northern Philippines is like a step back into the 19th century. Colonial horse carts traverse the 17th century cobblestones, framed by spanish colonial architecture unchanged in a hundred years... a magical place, lost in time.
