ART DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------- About series This artwork is part of the series "Woman’s nature" where my aim was to explore woman’s nature: our feelings, emotions, mental aspects and physical beauty and to transform all of this visually. All artworks from this series you can see at my collection “Woman’s nature" About artwork Once we found an abandoned cinema. Nature consumed him mercilessly. Only the iron legs of the chairs remained. So quickly everything disappears. My heroine sat down on one of the remaining chairs. Beautiful, in sneakers and an evening dress with lush flounces - like a character from a parallel reality. “For me photography is a visual game that allows me to combine two things: create and fix illusions (make real objects unreal and vice versa) and convey love (love for light, color, unusual objects and architecture, for nature and people as the main)". Diana Kondra is an original artist who uses photography as her primary means of expression. She transforms her life and emotional experiences into atmospheric, sometimes romantic, sometimes mystical works with a touch of surrealism. Her style is defined by deep elaboration of composition, delicate work with light and colors. Half of her portfolio is black and white. The artist does this deliberately to keep the idea without destruction to color. She uses color in her photography to highlight additional artistic significance. In 2019, Diana's work was included in the list of the 50 best conceptual photographs according to the 35 awards international photography competition. Hew work was presented both in Moscow and St. Petersburg during solo and group exhibitions. Right now Diana lives in the North Caucuses (Russia). She takes most of her photos here, inspired by nature, unusual objects, architecture and people. From 2020 Diana makes online photo shoots around the world.
