I make still lifes of glass vases. Glass is a difficult but amazing material to photograph. In this picture you see a group of vases with backlight. The title "Andy's Colors" refers to Andy Warhol, popart artist. The combination of colors is one that i found in one of his screenprints. That's why i call the series "Stolen Colors". This is #1 of an edition of 24. This print is also available in other dimensions (larger). This print is a C-type photograph (Durst-Lambda-print) mounted between acrylic glass and dibond, with a profile at the back that makes the work float some 1.5 cm (1/2 inch) in front of the wall.
