Beauty of Nature 3 Photograph - Limited Edition of 15

My name is Diana Dimitrova, a photographer from Sofia, Bulgaria. For me photography is love at first click. By education I have a Master's degree in Media Information and Advertising, but the moment I took my first pictures (my son was my first model), I realized that this is what I want to do and photography has been my profession ever since. Photography is a passion, a love, a way to express myself, my feelings, my views; to show the beauty I see; to make people smile; to make the day happier; to show the love that surrounds us ... Because the world is a wonderful place if you look at it with love; if you respect the "other"; if you live in harmony with nature; if GOODNESS is the guiding light. I love photographing the beauty – in nature, in everyday life, among people, in the traditions of a country. I'm especially drawn to folklore festivals (I've covered many in different parts of Bulgaria and Europe), local folk festivals (Bulgaria has unique traditions and folk rituals) and historical reenactments of events emblematic of a place. This is why I love photographing such events – I am impressed by the beauty and affection between people, the joy that streams from the eyes of all the participants in an event I am covering. It's no coincidence that it is said that "folklore is the soul of a people". My photos from such folklore events are regularly present on various newspapers, blogs, websites and webpages related to the traditions and folklore diversity of Bulgaria. Apart from event photography, I also have experience in landscape photography and still life. Shooting flowers is one of my favourite activities. Beauty is what draws my camera, inspiring me to experiment in different themes, colors, genres. There is ART in everything and it speaks loudly of what has been, and indeed inspires what is yet to come. I hope that my work will evoke the same joy and emotion that it brings to me touching your souls as well as it touches mine. Enjoy my world!
