About The Artwork
Photo from the series "Black Holes" which explores the expression of past trauma in present day lives. How much of the sorrow we feel is our own, and how much of it is instilled in us through the past? To what extent have we been truly liberated once the bullets stopped being fired? The series has been created in landscapes shaped by war in France, Italy and Germany. This particular photo was taken in Verdun, France, is printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Fine Art Ultra Smooth Paper for a subtle and calm presentation with a Canon Imageprograf Pro 1000 printer and Lucia Pro pigment ink for high quality rendition and edited on A4 format in a limited edition of 10.
