About The Artwork
After at least 15 years since I've last visited, I went back to my grandparents small country house in Minas Gerais with my girlfriend. The place wasn't as cared as it was before, some plants overgrown, so we began to work on that. This photo was taken after taking care of a blackberry plant that had grown too large. The marks on her hands symbolizes the work and also the sort of guilt to be returning to that place after so much time has passed.
