About The Artwork

I love working with amateur models because their modes of expression are vastly different from those of professional or polished models. The pros work hard to be what they think I want them to be. Amateurs can only be themselves. My goal is usually to capture the face in between the face they use when they are alone and the face they show to the world. This model showed up at my studio with tons of lingerie and wanted to do what she considered a racy shoot with fishnets and garter belts. We shot on my roof with an extremely wide lens. At the end of the shoot, she drove away in a Tesla. 36" W x 26" H (edition of 25) Photograph $750 Photo in black shadowbox frame $1,200 24" W x 17" H (edition of 25) Photograph $450
