The workers are giving a maintenance service for an old train at the central railway station in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, October 16, 2018. The new Transcaucasian railway that is under construction to connect Shanghai and London. In reference to the ancient trading routes, the project will form part of the new "Iron Silk Road". This picture is part of a photo story that explore the world of the south Caucasus, the middle corridor of the new Silk Road, loosely following the proposed new railway line: from Baku, the oil-rich capital of Azerbaijan to its largest second city as Ganja, into Georgia to Tbilisi and Gori and then to Kars, a border province of eastern Turkey. A photojournalistic project that is witnessing the moods and atmosphere of the region accompanied with landscape, street and portrait photography.
