I'm Gene Koji. I'm a photographer. On planet Earth My name is Gene. I was ten when I got hold of a camera for the first time. Professionally I have been photographing since 2010. I've always been charmed by the process of creating a photo, and I'm getting increasingly immersed in the state of fascination with the surrounding world seen through the camera's viewfinder. The photo for me is magic and passion. The moments of reflected light captured at a certain instant of time then arise in life and in consciousness as the multifaceted interpretation of reality perception. I like photographing the visible from the invisible side. The result depends on time, space and my vision. At first everything seems complicated ... But through understanding and creating process it turns out to be simple. It may seem that abundance of tools and photography techniques exceed a reasonable number, but with the creative development something turns out to be missing. And this search for "something" brings about something that can be seen. My pictures represent a part of my reality. My credo is to create photographs that awaken and shift the established outlook.
