The "Expressions" series begins as performance art and ends with pareidolia (the phenomenon we experience when we see familiar shapes in clouds or textures). That initial movement is divided by my camera's shutter in periods of several seconds. It combines the frenetic energy of abstract expressionist painters with the raw capture of photography into a series that is stark, minimal, and beautiful in its simplicity. Prints from this series are available in a limited edition of 175 for 13"x19" and larger sizes, and an open, numbered edition for 12"x18" and smaller. Custom sizes available. Limited edition prints are signed, editioned, and include Certificate of Authenticity. Numbered edition prints are signed and numbered.

Aaron is a modern artist based in the American Midwest. His work has gained acclaim at showings across the country. Current claim to fame: the Pixies couldn't leave a concert in his hometown without taking a piece of his home, buying it directly off the venue wall (it wasn't for sale).
