ABOUT THE ARTWORK

I took this photo during my trip to Egypt. The weather was sunny and windy. I walked for a long time through the narrow passages of the canyon. It was cool and dark there, but raising my head up I saw different tones and shapes of rocks. How sun can change everything. It is printed on special, high-quality watercolour paper and has a density of 240 grams/meter. NOTE: The images in-home setting are computer-generated, might not be to scale, and serve for illustration purposes only.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Time:

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

My work explores the subtle and multifaceted nature of girlhood, the body and their existence in a world where the lines between naivety and sexuality, dreams and doubts are becoming increasingly blurred. The fleeting and elusive moments of youth, when a person faces vulnerability to adult challenges while striving to maintain a thirst for discovery, are of great interest to me. In my work, I use photography, video and mixed media, often combining film and digital techniques. I especially love “live” photos, which I create using action sampler and stop motion. These shots have a nostalgic effect and convey the expressiveness of movement, as if capturing fleeting flashes of youthful enthusiasm. Through my work, the viewer can receive a story, nostalgia or empathy, and sometimes just a smile and a new experience, the luxury of primary experience and contemplation. Photography has become a way for me to maintain a connection with my father, who passed away during my childhood. He was into film photography in his youth, and through this I find a bridge between us. I am inspired by human transformations. I believe that everyone can change themselves more than once in their life. In my work, I strive to immerse the viewer in their own transitional moments, creating a space for contemplation and rethinking.
