This image belongs to Tableau 1 of the series "Chaos". It displays the first moments of a glacial river, its birth and its immediate future. The river continues to be enriched by gathering water along its path. __________ About the series « Chaos" This artwork is a part of a series called "Chaos" that is comprised of 5 Tableaux. It explores the themes of the destiny, the end of the linearity, the disaggregation of certainties and the progressive disparition of simplicity, as a consequence of the time flow. The series follows the way of a glacial Icelandic river, from its birth into the Glacier Vatnajokull to its end in the Ocean. All pictures have been taken from a Cessna, between 2011 and 2017.

France
I didn't fall into photography as a child. I didn't receive any cameras when I was 8 years old. I was not especially born for being a photographer. This is not my story. Photography is for me like an intuition, a flash, a provocation I throw in the face of the passing of time. I find my inspiration in natural elements: water, lava, rocks, trees. Nature is like a rough diamant so I act as a jeweler.
