About The Artwork
The work 'Divinity' belongs to the series 'After Censorship’. The 'After Censorship’ is a series of works I began in 2021, as my reaction to continuous censorship of the naked body in my art works and in art in general by social networks, websites etc. I am sure there are many things in this world much worse than naked female nipples. I wanted to reflect and explore this topic in a transformative rule - to keep what I see and feel in my previous photographs, and to show power of nature and freedom of the body. In this series I create my own ‘censorship’ with digital instruments and work with my photo archive from different pieces, places and times, to recreate what I wanted to keep and show what is precious to me.

She works in the areas of photography, video, performance, painting, installation and mixed media.
