About The Artwork
This is a digital art concept I worked on last year. Working right now on a large polyester printing screen for a print run of 75 on canvas. Image size is 30x40 inches screen printed on gessoed high quality cotton canvas. The 30x40 (inches) screen printed image is centered on a canvas of 48x68 inches in size. Which means that you can have stapled on 30"x40", 36"x48", or 40"x60" gallery-style (1.5") stretcher bars (or any sizes between 30"x40" and 40"x60"). This is for your convenience and taste.THE SIZE OF THE ACTUAL SCREEN PRINTED IMAGE IS 30 BY 40 INCHES. To reiterate, the oversized canvas of 48 by 68 inches allows you to put it (centered) on standard gallery stretcher bar frames of 30by40 inches (bleed), 36by48 inches (centered), and 40x60 inches (centered). Thank you. PS On top of the gesso there two coats of Liquitex Basic 'titanium white' satin finish paint. The screen printing acrylic ink is Speedball, and a special low-cure additive has been added to it, that makes it fully cured (dried) at room temperature that wont smear if one day you decide to clean it for some reason.
