Fairy Wings 3 - Limited Edition of 10 Photograph

When I was a little girl I was fascinated by the maple’s flying seeds when hundreds of them were swirling elusive all around mine and other children's hands trying to catch them during the windy day. We called them helicopters. Later on, I realized – maple seeds are one of those natural wonders that feature a nearly perfect design. With a long wing that balances the weight of the seed, maple seeds are perfectly designed for flight. In the end I looked carefully at the details and noticed the fine net of the wings. I took a photo and in the macro photography, I intervened, enhancing the relief of that network and by this procedure obtained fairy wings. Today, those photos are on the wall of my living room. I enjoy beauty of the maple’s fairy wings every day. I finally caught them! This Poster was part of my solo exhibition 2015. in the Gallery of Archive of Vojvodina. The title of the exhibition was ”Dedicated view”. It was printed in the catalog of the exhibition. The photo was taken in 2006. with a Canon EOS 300D camera. The photo will be printed on high quality semi glossy paper 200g 4JET. The image size is 100 x 70cm with the border total print size 104 x 74cm. It will be shipped rolled securely inside shipping tube. In my experience for exhibiting it is the best glued it on 5mm Kapa Fix Foam.
