A glassy waist high wave peels left and right on 3-Mile Beach in Pasagshak, Alaska. Located on Kodiak Island, 3-Mile Beach is home to many local and traveling surfers willing to brave the chilly 40 degree water. In addition to the recreational activities in the water, 3-Mile Beach is also a whale watching hotspot as thousands migrate their way past each Spring on their way to feeding grounds.
