About The Artwork

Harvest time French Atlantic Coast Multiple exposure and multi-perspective collage with post-processing; 12-colour pigment print with on cotton paper The light of the south What do we see behind things when we close our eyes for a moment? How do patterns change when we change perspective and what happens when different perspectives overlap at the same time? The works in this series of natural patterns are explorations and photographic border crossings with perspective, light, space and time. Limited edition: 12 + 1 AP The artwork offered here (No.: #145-2.1/12) was printed in limited edition in the artist's studio and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. The giclée print was made with pigmented ink of the highest archive quality on matt cotton paper 308 g/m2. The matt paper guarantees a natural image reproduction with high colour depth without reflections and is characterised by a soft surface and feel. The print has an all-round material addition for later framing (the artwork is delivered without frame). If required - within the framework of the limited edition - other solutions are also possible - for example ready to hang up. The work of art can also be made in an individual size as a unique piece. Please ask for an individual offer.

His works on nature patterns and the relativity of perception are mostly created over long periods of time. The realisation often takes place at special, authentic natural sites, using photographic means. Essential design elements are precise planning, meditation and chance, light and darkness, perspective and time. By combining different perspectives and periods of time, he uses elaborate collages of natural patterns to aim at the meta-level of being.
