In order to get the shot - Limited Edition 5 of 5 Photograph

Everyday photographers work in their studios or outside, this time i decided to use a wall of a build 2 meters and something from the ground. We had 2 dresses and this piece of clothing and i was "nah... i kinda don't want it to be fancy" so it was decided, minimalistic as possible. Then there was quite a problem, how to get the model up there. Well myself was the ladder and had to look after her like an egg until she was comfortable and being able to reach this spot. With open arms on the ground, following her i was thinking "don't fall, don't fall, please don't fall, i haven't had my protein shake today". But in the end we had some laughter and she went into possition and while she was adjusting the clothes, snap, here we have it. I was expecting to shoot 10-15 minutes but we finished in 45 seconds. I was thinking "what i got THE shot, that was quick, okay we are done" but we weren't. I had to take her down and guess what, she is afraid of hights but Clark Kent was there to the rescue. Jumping was out of the question so we used the ladder (yeah me) so that she can at least try to climb down but with vision, well it sucks. So i told her to step on my head and sholders while she is holding where she was just stepping then i will grab her legs and slowly putting her down. Things got so tangled that she rotated in a such a weird way that from the side it looked like we had some intimate moment behind a school building (just image, both legs on my shoulders and around my head) we were laughing even more got even more tangled until safe landing. Such moments in photography i adore a lot. It is like a small adventure and you have your companions. You do what you like or love the most and share it with many different or the same people, have some ups and downs (pun intended) and in the end it is all worth it.
