This photo shows amazing sculpture from famous Ukrainian castle, at this scene introducing kidnapping of woman. As my mind - it completely shows social relations between man and woman throw whole of historical time. Threw whole of history, woman was considered only like a prey, a prize in the competition of men and states, an exchange coin and a lawless creature. It would seem that all this is in the past, but looking at this sculpture, I do see the opposite. A woman other way in the past and now, does not have any rights, no matter how irrelevant reality seems to us, now everything is the same, a woman "must be" strong, courageous, must to fight on an equal footing with a man ... modern society puts a woman on a par with a man, which is ignored women's right first of all to be a woman. Physically, a woman is not able to be on an equal footing with a man, we are weaker and more vulnerable, we need protection, we give birth to children and are we forced to be on an equal footing with men? What equality can be discussed when only a woman gives birth to children? My work clearly shows that all women of the past and present are in the position of victim, always obliged to adapt to the stereotypes of one time or another. De facto, every woman in the world is a stolen soul, not able to just be a woman, a person, without extra statuses and requirements, rights and regulations.
