This tree is located in Star Cemetery. Star Cemetery is over 100 years old, and is an African American cemetery. The land was originally bought by freed slaves, and over the decades there have been many interesting people laid to rest in this cemetery. Some of the oldest historical people at Star Cemetery are 2-3 African American Civil War soldiers.
