Mental illness Photograph

This piece was inspired by personal issues. At first, related to myself. Then I went onto other people and how people feel. I hope people can connect with this by how they have felt in the past. By how the emotion isn't anger. By the dark lines in the photo and even the colour. I picked the topic because I have known people who have been through mental illness and myself personal have too. I want to connect my work to other people and I want people to know they are not alone. The style I picked was in university. It was a new technique I found when doing a project and ever since then, I have always used it and developed it and approach it in a different way all the time.
