NARCISSUS This work involves photographing evanescent forms of the body in the reflection of an unstable surface. It is to catch during a ritual moment, a representation caught in the folds of the skin. The capture of these bodies kneaded by the harsh light, needs to face extremely fluctuating appearances, making it possible to come out of the limitations and sharp contours of corporeal existence. So much so that the organic accident is not long coming, distorting the original mould. The reflections of these translucent demonstrations are similar to the succession of the forms, the limited and constantly changing span of beings. For some, the body would consist of a series of spectres, in layers stacked in infinity. This operation could consist in retaining one of these fine films. Can the photograph of a body claim to update its double, in previous and primitive stages, in the style of geological layers? The monster that lurks is often that of our own reflection of uncertainty. It is advisable to exceed the incomprehensible in one. These abysmal figures that spring under internal alignment, can also be a risk: they are like the hideous forms of perverted desire. This alter ego resurfacing can be the partner, but more often the opponent inviting us to fight.
