Emotional Self portrait photo art. Rage, fear, sadness, confusion, all cloud your mind and take you places that you shouldn't go. Emotions should be observed not listened to, but sometimes it can be very difficult. We plan out journey through life, we follow our plan, we trip, face obstacles and diversions, but plough on heading towards our goal. BANG. one night changes everything. One night changes how you feel, how you think and the type of art you make. Once night can change your life forever, either in a positive or negative way. I have had many nights like this, many nights where it felt like I was never going to reach my goal, sometimes it felt like it was my last night. Emotions are painful and damaging, if you let them. I wish I had learned this earlier, I might have reached my goal and be living my artistic life now if I hadn't let emotions rule my life. Now I use those emotions to make art, to clear my mind and to refocus on what I'm trying to achieve. I'm an artist, a photographer and I make "stuff" that means something to me.
