A striking burst of verve created by moisture, rust and light reflecting off port-side concrete. Orange and umber tones exploding across the surface over a mottled background texture. Light reflections leaking into muted mid-blues with deeper blue 'ink-spills' adding energy, sense of movement, definition and balance. This image depicts the shift of moving from a high, uplifted mood to a state of low mood and loss of energy often associated with a case of the classic 'moody blues'. The expose of underlying textures (most obvious between the two mood states), represent the unconscious mind that is ever present and serves to remind us that left unchecked, will spill into our conscious state. The Original of this Giclée Fine Art Photographic Print is produced using Epson Ultra-Chrome HDX pigment based inks on a high quality, robust 308 gsm Hahnemuhle Photorag paper to achieve superior archival quality, light fastness and stability. The paper has a super matt finish and gives even color reproduction and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth color gradients. It has a delicate surface so care is recommended when handling. NB: The Image Print Size stated excludes the 20mm white border which we have provided for ease and care of handling.
