This is SplashArt abstract photography action painting inspired by the rhythmic movement of water paint. The conceptual image that appeared reminds me of a rabbit. It was created with my creative technique, SplashArt Abstract action painting; paint and water splashing in a chaotic, violent eruption onto paper or canvas. Former K-12 Visual Fine Arts Educator Mixed-Media artist Community Volunteer & Activist I'm a lifetime artist-educator producing artworks using traditional art techniques, self-expression, and new artistic discovery. I draw inspiration from patterns of nature, portraits, animals, and the environment around me. Some of my artistic influence comes from Augusta Savage, Kara Walker, Pablo Picasso and Janet Sobel to name a few. Currently, I'm creating abstract photography with a technique I call "splashart" using acrylic pour paintings. SplashArt is a technique where water and paint splash together. Simultaneously, I capture still images of the paint and water transitioning and morphing to create abstract photography paintings. The paper or canvas is ready when dry or photography prints are produced. When necessary, digital enhancement is used to enhance the quality of images.
