Born in Scotland, Yvonne graduated with an MA in Photography from the Royal College of Art in London, and continues to pursue her own projects and passions as well as working on commercial work for design companies, brands, and prestigious magazines. Her work is intimate and powerful. The theme of humanity, with a strong focus on the female gaze, is a constant. Working intuitively, allowing space for discovery, she captures the fragile and fleeting moments we so rarely get to see. Whether through fashion, nudes or intimate portraiture, her images are a true celebration of female sensuality and strength. She believes that photography doesn’t steal your soul, but that sometimes, it can capture it.
