This is the Palacio Salvo, an Art Deco skyscraper designed by Italian architect Mario Palanti and inaugurated in 1928 in Montevideo, Uruguay. For many years, it was the tallest building in South America, with 27 floors, distributed over 95 meters in height. Its historical importance motivated me to photograph it. This building is not symmetrical, but I chose an angle that gave an opposite impression. With the camera pointed slightly upwards, I was able to emphasize its height and grandeur. And here is the photograph available for sale, which should pique the interest of architecture lovers.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
