The Heart of Siren project aims to reconnect citizens affectionately with marine life by showing the importance of protecting it. “My legend says that when a siren dies of love, her heart descends to the bottom of the sea and her soul petrifies it with its own colors and shapes, characteristic and referring to each one of them. I created this legend to remind us of all life in our oceans and that humanity has been endangering not only with trash but contaminating our waters. It also shows the power of the seas by modifying objects that enter it through the ecosystem.
