About The Artwork
I'm a collection based artist who has worked in photography for over 20 years. outside of my commercial work, I've accumulated over 500 ink based polaroids and made collections out of them. I divide my collection by themes. I utilize these polaroids to investigate and discover the changing world, light qualities and document time. For instance my new york sky studies collection documents the changing new york skyline from 2000- 2010 pre and post world trade center a dynamic time for the city and its skyline, its a collection of 175 images each polaroid is a unique on of a kind light sculpture or light jewel as it came out of my camera, no retouching or reproductions.
